Child-safety statement
ExamPoa is designed to support safe, age-appropriate learning.
We welcome learners, parents, teachers and schools. A parent or guardian should be aware of any account used by a child under 18.
Our safeguards
We collect only information needed for learning and support, keep PDFs in private storage and use role-based access for administration. ExamPoa does not provide learner-to-learner direct messaging or public profiles.
Respectful use
Do not upload, send or publish abusive, sexual, exploitative, threatening or discriminatory material. Do not ask a child for private contact details, photographs or an off-platform meeting through ExamPoa.
Report a concern
If you see content or behaviour that may put a child at risk, stop engaging and contact hello@exampoa.co.ke with the page, account or message details. For an immediate danger, contact the relevant Kenyan emergency or child-protection service first.
Parents and schools
Parents and authorised school administrators can contact us about account access, data requests or safeguarding concerns. We will review reports promptly and may suspend accounts or remove content while investigating.
Not a replacement for supervision
Online learning should be used with age-appropriate supervision. This statement complements our Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.
