How ExamPoa handles account, support and learning information.
ExamPoa is an independent Kenyan learning platform. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices available to learners, parents, teachers and schools.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, selected class, account activity, saved resources, quiz attempts and messages sent to support. We also receive technical information such as browser type and pages visited when needed to keep the service secure.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver requested papers and notes, remember saved resources, respond to support requests, improve the catalogue and prevent misuse. We do not sell learner information.
Storage and sharing
ExamPoa uses Supabase for authentication, database records and private PDF storage. Information is shared only with service providers who help operate the platform, where required by law, or when a school account administrator is authorised to manage an institution account.
Children and guardians
Where a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should be aware of the account and review access settings. We collect only information needed for learning and support, and we do not knowingly request unnecessary sensitive information from children.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete account information, unsubscribe from updates, or close an account. Contact hello@exampoa.co.ke. We may retain limited records where needed for security, legal or accounting duties.
Updates
We may update this notice when the service changes. The effective date above shows the current version.
