Refunds and paid access
Secure Paystack payments are live for eligible plans, packs and individual learning resources.
ExamPoa accepts paid purchases through secure Paystack checkout. The price, access period and included resources are shown before payment. Free samples remain available without payment.
Free resources
Free papers, notes and marking schemes do not require payment. Access may be limited or withdrawn if a file is replaced for quality, safety or rights reasons.
Paid access
A successful, verified Paystack payment grants access to the ExamPoa account used at checkout. Depending on the purchase, access may cover an individual resource, a prediction pack or a time-limited learning plan. The purchase grants access to use the materials; it does not transfer copyright or permit resale or public sharing.
Payment confirmation
After a successful payment, sign in with the same ExamPoa account to view the purchased access. Keep the Paystack transaction reference shown during checkout. If access is delayed, sign out and sign in again before contacting support.
Requesting a refund
Contact hello@exampoa.co.ke within 7 days of purchase if access was not delivered, a duplicate charge occurred or the paid service materially differed from its description. Include the account email, Paystack transaction reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment channel where possible.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for resources that were downloaded or materially used, fraudulent or abusive transactions, or school licences governed by separate written terms. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Policy changes
We will publish material changes before applying them to new purchases. This version is effective from 24 July 2026.
