By using ExamPoa, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent, guardian or school’s awareness.
Educational service
ExamPoa provides independent revision materials and predictor papers. They are not official KICD, KNEC or school examination papers and should not be presented as such.
Accounts
Keep your login details private and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
Fair use
Use resources for personal learning or an authorised school programme. Do not scrape the catalogue, bypass access controls, share private links publicly, resell PDFs, upload harmful material or infringe another person’s rights.
Content and accuracy
We work to maintain accurate, curriculum-aligned material, but no paper replaces teacher judgement or official examination guidance. Tell us about an error so we can review it.
Availability
We may update, suspend or remove a resource for maintenance, safety, rights or quality reasons. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular examination result.
